New Projects Wanted!

HMS Electronics is committed to providing new and improved parts for both obsolete and current medical x-ray machines.  We work with the x-ray service industry to develop replacement and improved parts at a reduced cost.

To develop a new project (electronics board) the following criteria must be met.

1. The board must be a common part.  I.E. There are plenty of machines with replacements needed.

2. The person/company requesting the replacement design will be willing to help with the design by:

    A. Supplying a physical part to be studied for form/fit function.

    B. Supply the original schematic.

    C. Help with information regarding performance or interface.

    D. Be able to test the first article with a site test.

Note:  The customer helping with the design will be compensated with royalties over a 5 year period from the completion date of the project.  Contact HMS Electronics regarding the royalties policy.

Typical development time is 2-3 months depending on complexity.
